3. Free and Premium Tiers

Notekit offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited features as described on our pricing page. No payment required.
• Premium Tier: Full access to all features. Requires a paid subscription.

4. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or annually ($49.99/year). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@notekit.app for refund requests.

6. License Keys

Premium license keys are non-transferable and intended for use on a single device. Sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited and may result in license revocation.

7. Data and Privacy

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your notes or personal information. You are responsible for backing up your data. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Notekit only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Not share or distribute your license key
• Back up your data regularly

10. Limitation of Liability

Notekit is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from use of the extension. You use Notekit at your own risk.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Notekit for users who violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to Premium features will be revoked.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Notekit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
